This kit comes straight from Great Escape Games again.

It’s a good kit but there’s one thing that bugs me: the back is too small to fit a 25mm base. You can’t put a cowboy in the back of this wagon. For that reason alone, I don’t recommend it. I’m not joking–everything else is great. I have no complaints about the kit. The price, the quality, and the result are great. I just really wish it were a few millimeters wider so you could position a man in the back and say he’s riding.

What a Cowboy features rules for this. Obviously we can just abstract–but I really didn’t think the wagon would end up too small to slip a 25mm base into it. I may just 3D print a new wagon, honestly. In plastic I doubt you’ll do better than this kit. Knowing what you now know, if you still want it you won’t be disappointed.

At least it was an easy project. I’ll advise that I made a silly mistake: when I built the cover for the wagon, I didn’t dry fit it. As a result I glued it together such that it is actually too wide for the wagon’s body and will fall through. I fixed this with magnets, which now means the top is magnetized. I’ll call that a ‘win.’

There you go. Easy one today! And I did it all without mentioning the Simpsons bit!

Darnit… now it’s in my head.

it is a shame that a kit that looks as good as this can’t actually fit a mini in the back of the wagon 😦 Still you’ve done a wonderful job with it.
