I finished up my Kratos tank for my Ultramarines. I really enjoyed painting it up–it’s an excellent kit. I also finished my Cataphractii Praetor. Similarly great model, though the kit lacks options.

Building the Kratos took a while. I’ve realized I have to let myself enjoy the build process and not just try to barrel through it with these kits. They come with options on sprue and have fantastic details, as well as weaponry designed to be swapped out post build. I painted all of the weapons for this kit so I can build it as I please. No magnets needed… kinda. I did magnetize the main battle cannons for ease. Otherwise I have to leave the turret body in two parts so I can open it to swap out the cannon.

I have quite a bit more left for this project. I’ll have around 4,500 points once the dust settles, which should give me plenty to flex around and build multiple lists with.
