Work has been hectic and I’m behind on posting! Flurry of posts incoming to quickly catalogue this month for austerity.

I managed to get three games of Chain of Command in in two weeks. Two in one day! You could say I love this game. I am considering a review after I complete the campaign we are about to start (Old Hickory).

The short version of my review? Easy.

Normally, my neighbor and I play a game once a month of Bolt Action. Maybe 10ish total games in a year. In the last month we have played 5 games of Chain of Command. It’s that good. I heartily recommend this game.

As for the three games played, I unfortunately don’t have much in the way of notes. They were all excellent games and close contests, except the last game in which extremely odd dice luck and some bad decisions on my part gave my opponent a hearty victory.

We have gotten tanks on the table and they operate well. The ruleset overall is smooth and we rarely pause to look something up. It took some time to learn, but is actually very intuitive and flows well.

Anyway, here’s a bunch of random photos! Can’t have a post without random photos.

It’s telling that I really look forward to my next battle this weekend. COC is top tier.
