Started in on my Isengard this week. Haven’t had much time to work on it due to, well, work, but I at least have Saruman done.

I adore his sculpt. It was a joy to paint. This was almost entirely contrast. With a sculpt this good, contrast paint really does quite well.

Next up: a brief detour back into WW2 to paint a Panzer IV and a Tiger I. Not entirely sure why, but I just can’t seem to shake the desire to paint WW2 right now. May as well lean into it!
